1.Cairn TerrierCairn Terrier

Cairn Terriers are a small-sized and quite adorable breed of dogs and they are small enough to snuggle and sturdy enough for a good romp on the lawn. 

Cairn Terriers were first bred in the Scottish Highlands and are known as one of Scotland’s first breeds of working dogs. It got the name cairn because they hunted and chase quarries amidst the cairns in the Scottish highlands. Cairn Terriers are happy, busy little earth dogs and they are 10 inches high and approximately 15 inches long. Their main characteristics include being alert, and cheerful and they like to remain busy, unlike most other dogs. Cairn Terriers are always curious and alert, and they like to stay in a place where they can explore and dig.

They are mostly playful but can be aggressive against other dogs. They are not friendly with strangers and bark a lot, It’s because they are protective of their territory and therefore may bark when they hear outside noise or see any stranger.

In addition, Corgis likes to stay with its owners mostly to protect them. Corgis can sometimes be very stubborn and it takes time and effort to train them and corgis love to please their owners which makes them eager learners. They can adapt themselves to both city and town. It’s also very protective about kids and is an ideal dog if you have kids or kids in your house.
