Afsos is a black comedy and it tells the story of Nakul (Gulshan Deviah), an aspiring but unsuccessful author who thinks of himself as a loser in life and tries to take his own life by committing suicide but every time he tries to do so, he fails drastically leading to a chain of funny and quirky incidents. Afsos was directed by Anubhuti Kashyap, sister of famous filmmaker Anurag Kashyap and it tries to tell us about existential crisis, the meaning of life, and finding the real us.
