Every year Bollywood churns out more than a hundred movies and many actors in Bollywood are part of many movies. While actors like Aamir Khan, do one movie per year some actors do four-five movies per year. Here we have curated a list of the top seven Bollywood actors who have their hands full of projects.
Akshay Kumar
Akshay Kumar is known for doing many movies per year, by the time actors like Aamir Khan and Hrithik Roshan release their next movie after a recent release, Akshay Kumar finishes around 10 movies! He believes that if one works with proper planning and dedication, a movie can be completed in 45-50 days. He already had Bachchan Pandey and Suryavanshi released during last year, he at least has 8 movies in the pipeline. His next release is the period drama Prithiviraj and after that, he has movies like Cindrella, Rakshbandhan, SooaraiPottru remake, Ram Setu, OMG 2, Selfie, Gorkha, and Bade MiyanChoteMiyan.
Ajay Devgn
Ajay Devgn recently had a release with Runaway 34 and his hands are full with a couple of movies. His forthcoming movies include Bhola a remake of the Tamil movie Kaithi, the sports drama movie Maidaan, Thank God with Siddharth Malhotra, and Rakul Preet Singh, next installments of Singham and Golmaal with Rohit Shetty. He is without a doubt one of the busiest actors in Bollywood right now.
Karthik Aryan
Karthik Aryan’s recently released movie Bhool Bhulaiya 2 is doing pretty good business at the box office and it stopped the dry spell of hit movies in Bollywood. Karthik Aryan debuted with Pyaar ka Punchnama about a decade before and right now he is one of the most busiest actors in Bollywood with movies like Freddy, Captain India, Shehzada, Satya Narayan ki Katha and Kirik Party remake. Despite being an outsider he is doing pretty good in his career and he is working with acclaimed directors also, for example, he is doing Hansal Mehta’s next movie Captain India based on a true story.
Ranbir Kapoor
Ranbir Kapoor is always known for doing one movie at a time and his last release was Sanju which was released four years ago in 2018. But now Ranbir Kapoor is changing his style of working and he has a pretty big lineup in the next couple of years. His next release is the biggie Brahmhastra directed by Ayan Mukerjee which is in making for the last five years, after that he has Shamshera directed by Karan Malhotra of Agneepath fame, then he is doing a rom-com with ShraddhaKapoor directed by Luv Ranjan of Pyaar ka Punchnama fame, and then there is Animal where he is working with Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol directed by Sandeep Vanga reddy who earlier directed the super hit movie, Kabir Singh.
Shahrukh Khan
Some of Shahrukh Khan’s last few releases didn’t do well at the box office and when his dream project Zero failed at the box office in 2018, he took a break and contemplated his career moves. Now he is coming back with quite a lot of movies in his kitty. His next release is the big action drama Pathan with John Abraham and Deepika Padukone. It’s directed by Siddarth Anand of War fame and after that, he is working with South director Atlee co-starring Tamil actress Nayanthara. He recently announced his first collaboration with Raj kumar Hirani with the movie Dunki. Besides these, he is doing cameos in Ranbir Kapoor starrer Brahmhastra and R. Madhavan’s Rocketry.
Prabhas
Prabhas became a household name with the success of the Bahubali series and became the only pan-India star in the country. He devoted five years of his life to Bahubali but now he is taking it slowly as he signed quite a few movies after Bahubali. He had releases like Saaho and Radhe Shyam after Bahubali and his upcoming movies include Om Raut’s adaptation of Ramayana titled Adipursuh, Neil Prasant of KGF fame’s Salaar, a sci-fi movie with Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan directed by Nag Aswin and Sandeep Vanga reddy’s Spirit.
Ranveer Singh
In the last one year, Ranveer Singh’s two movies were released,Kabir Khan’s 83 and Yashraj Film’s Jayeshbhai Jordar and he has many more movies to come in the upcoming days. He is next doing Rohit Shetty’s comedy movie Cirkus, a Hindi remake of Shankar’s Anniyan, Karan Johar’s next directorial Rocky and Rani ki Prem Kahani and his favorite director Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bai ju Bawra. Though his last two movies didn’t do great business at the box office but he will be back with a bang with his upcoming movies.
